Identity verification
A tenant counts as verified only with a valid, unexpired ID, and Mavira records who verified them and when.
ID documents
Store each ID with its type, number, issuing province or country and dates; expired IDs stay on file, marked expired.
Payment record
See the balance owed, the oldest unpaid due date, late versus on-time payments and recent payments.
Screening results
