We sat with landlords and managers across Canada. The same complaint kept surfacing: ten tools, zero connection, constant copy-paste. The expertise was in their head, not the software.

WHAT WE DESIGNED
Spaces and Mates instead of menus.
We grouped the work into four Spaces: Property, Tenant, Finance, Control and gave each job to a focused Mate. Each Mate does one thing exceptionally well. Together they replace the stack, without bloat.
