This policy explains how Solutions novscale inc. (“novscale”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies in the Mavira Space application (app.maviraspace.com) and on the maviraspace.com website. It completes our Privacy Policy.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser. It lets the site, for example, keep you signed in or remember your language. Similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage, serve the same purposes. In this policy, the word “cookie” covers these technologies too.
2. Our principles
- We use no advertising cookies and we sell no information.
- Strictly necessary cookies are always on: without them, the Platform cannot work securely.
- Preference cookies remember a choice, such as your language. They are set when you make that choice or when you sign in, to apply your account’s language.
- Apart from fraud prevention during a payment (section 3.1), we use no technology to identify, locate or profile you. If we add one, it will be off by default and we will ask for your agreement before turning it on.
3. The cookies we use
The following table lists the application’s cookies. Necessary cookies are used for signing in, security and payments. Preference cookies remember a choice, such as your language. None is used for advertising, to follow you on other sites, to locate you or to build a profile of you.

3.1 Payments. Stripe’s cookies are set only on the pages where you enter a payment card. On those pages, Stripe also collects technical information about your device and browsing to detect fraud, under its own privacy policy.
3.2 Address search. When you use an address field, the text you type is sent to Google to suggest addresses. Google may then use its own cookies, under its own privacy policy.
3.3 Error monitoring. When an error occurs, the application sends a technical report to our error monitoring service so that we can fix it. This report uses no cookie.
3.4 The maviraspace.com website. The website measures its audience with Vercel Web Analytics, a tool that uses no cookies and cannot identify you. The website uses no advertising cookies.
4. Managing your choices
4.1 If we add a cookie that requires your agreement, we will ask for it before turning the cookie on, and you will be able to change your choice at any time.
4.2 You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in to the Platform.
5. Changes
We update this policy when we add or change a cookie. The date and the version at the top of the document show the version in force. If a change requires your agreement, we ask for it again.
